Catering to all age levels, the fair is open all day and late into the night. Located just outside of New Paltz NY, it's easy to get to and offers free parking. There will be tons of amusements rides, both for little toddlers and daring adults. Upon price of admission, all entertainment and rides are free ($15 for adults and children * kids under 4 free). Bands are being booked even now to provide great music, and there will be endless food vendors and games of chance!
- Pageants & Free Workshops - Take advantage of some of the free exhibits, demonstrations and workshops being offered throughout the fair. On Friday 8/5 the Ulster County Sherriff's Department will be demonstrating its K-9 unit. Others may enjoy the Wool Room, which offers daily spinning and weaving classes. Of course it wouldn't be a county fair without shows, pageants,and even a few races featuring dogs, goats, sheep, livestock, pigs & cattle!
